Inheritance Law and Estate Planning
A person’s passing is a seminal event with many legal implications that all too often lead to uncertainty and conflict. These unwanted consequences can be mitigated with due preparation. We assist our clients with their estate planning or succession planning. We prepare wills, inheritance contracts and prenups with the involvement of external experts such as notaries or tax experts when needed. We advise our clients on the pros and cons of the appointment of an executor and act as such when requested. Should an inheritance-related dispute arise, we advise and represent our clients in negotiations and in court.
